Terms of Use for Content

Last updated / Effective date: 12 August 2026

These Terms govern access to, reading, downloading and reuse of all content published on the ip-plus.vn website (the "Website"), including market reports, infographics, analyses, charts, data tables, images and other materials (collectively, the "Content"). By accessing the Website or downloading Content, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Content.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to every user who accesses the ip-plus.vn Website operated by IP PLUS COMPANY LIMITED ("IP Plus", "we"), and to every form of reuse of the Content, whether online or offline.

2. Intellectual property rights

All Content produced by IP Plus — including analytical text, report structures, infographic designs, charts and estimates by the IP Plus research team — is owned by IP PLUS COMPANY LIMITED and protected under the Intellectual Property Law of Vietnam and relevant international treaties.

Figures and facts cited from third parties (state statistics agencies, news organisations, market research firms such as CBRE, Savills, Cushman & Wakefield, etc.) belong to their respective owners. IP Plus reproduces such information from publicly published sources with source attribution in each document, in accordance with the fair-citation rules under Article 25 of the Intellectual Property Law.

3. What you may do

  • Read, download and store the Content for personal or internal-organisation reference, research and study.
  • Fairly quote part of the Content (figures, short observations) in your own materials, provided that: (i) you clearly attribute the source “IP Plus” together with the document name and a link back to the original page; (ii) you do not alter it in a way that distorts the content or meaning; (iii) you do not quote in a volume or manner that lets your material substitute for reading the original.
  • Share links to the original page of the Content on any channel.

4. What requires IP Plus's prior written consent

Send consent requests to thanh.truong@ip-plus.vn, stating clearly the content you wish to use, the scope, purpose and publication channel. IP Plus will respond within 5 business days.

  • Republishing the full text or a substantial part of a report/infographic on another website, publication or platform.
  • Using the Content in a commercial product or service (e.g. including it in reports sold to third parties, sales materials, or paid data platforms).
  • Translating, adapting or redesigning IP Plus infographics or charts.
  • Automatically collecting the Content (crawling, scraping) or using the Content to train artificial-intelligence systems.

5. What is never permitted

  • Removing or obscuring source notes, copyright notices or disclaimers attached to the Content.
  • Altering figures or charts while continuing to cite IP Plus as the source, or presenting them so that readers wrongly believe IP Plus endorses or sponsors your product or views.
  • Using the IP Plus name or logo for promotional purposes without consent.
  • Using the Content for any unlawful purpose, or to distort or mislead the market.

6. Third-party content and external links

If you wish to reuse figures that IP Plus has cited from third parties (e.g. CBRE, Savills data), obtaining permission from the original owner — where required — is your responsibility; IP Plus's consent (if any) covers only the content created by IP Plus. The Website may contain links to external sites; IP Plus does not control and is not responsible for the content of those sites.

7. Limitation of liability

The Content is provided for reference purposes on an “as is” basis. The Content is not investment advice, nor legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. While IP Plus makes reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of the information, IP Plus does not warrant that the Content is complete, absolutely accurate or fit for your particular purpose, and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Content, to the extent permitted by law. IP Plus estimates are independent research judgements, not state statistics.

8. Changes to the Terms and revocation of use

IP Plus may update these Terms at any time; the updated version takes effect once published on the Website with its effective date. IP Plus reserves the right to require that use of the Content cease and that republished content be taken down if it finds use that breaches these Terms.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute shall first be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be brought before the competent court in TP. Hồ Chí Minh.
