2. What we collect

Only two categories:

• Information you submit through a form: name, email, phone, company, display language and the need you describe (when downloading a report, asking us to email one, booking a consultation or contacting us).
• Anonymous behavioural data, ONLY after you accept the cookie banner: a random browser identifier (which does not reveal who you are), pages viewed, which reports you opened and for how long, the industry/region filters you used, traffic source (referrer, UTM parameters), language and browser type.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not store raw IP addresses — an IP is only one-way hashed to block automated abuse.
• We do not buy personal data from third parties and do not use visitor de-anonymisation services.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
• We run no third-party advertising cookies on this site.

4. Why we use it

• To send you the report, document or information you asked for.
• To follow up on what you actually care about — if you accepted cookies, we connect your earlier browsing to the details you left so our reply is specific rather than generic.
• To improve our reports and the site (which reports draw the most interest).

5. Legal basis

Data you submit: processed to fulfil the request you made. Behavioural data: processed only with your explicit consent given in the cookie banner, which you may withdraw at any time.

6. Sharing

We share data only with providers that directly operate this website: our email delivery service (Google Workspace/SMTP) to send you mail, and the hosting provider running the site. They may process data only on our instructions. Otherwise we disclose data only when legally required by a competent authority.

7. Retention

• Contact and correspondence data: up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Anonymous behavioural data: up to 12 months.
• If you withdraw consent or request deletion, we delete within 30 days.

8. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you may access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and withdraw consent for your personal data, and lodge a complaint. Write to thanh.truong@ip-plus.vn — we respond within 72 working hours and complete requests within 30 days.

9. Withdrawing consent

Choose "Essential cookies only" in the banner, or clear this site's data in your browser. The anonymous identifier is deleted and we stop recording behaviour immediately.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS; data is stored on access-controlled servers; only staff who need it can see your contact details.

11. Changes

Any change updates the date at the top of this page. Material changes are re-announced through the banner.
